Where is Bird Paradise?
Bird Paradise is located in Mandai, Singapore. It replaces the former Jurong Bird Park and forms part of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve alongside Singapore Zoo, the Night Safari and River Wonders.
How long can you spend at Bird Paradise?
It’s open from 9AM-6PM daily and, with several zones to explore, as well as feeding experiences, flying demonstrations, shops, restaurants and more, you could easily spend the whole day here.
Does Bird Paradise have a conservation and welfare program?
Bird Paradise supports over 50 wildlife conservation projects around the region and has an extensive care and rehabilitation program in operation on-site.
Is Bird Paradise suitable for kids?

The DBS Singapore Gallery has started on a phased revamp starting in April 2024. At least one of the three Singapore galleries will always remain open and all tours will continue as usual. How do I get to SEA LIFE Malaysia from Singapore?
There are two border crossings - the Tuas Checkpoint and the Woodlands Checkpoint - between Singapore and Malaysia. Both can be used to travel by car to SEA LIFE Singapore. There is also a coach available that can be booked in advance. Visit SEA LIFE Malaysia's website for more information.

Nature Kayaking Adventure at Pulau Ubin

With us, there are no entry fees on the day – all you've got to do is show your pass.
Customers are required to reach Changi Point Ferry Terminal by 8.30 am to take their own ferry to Pulau Ubin. The meeting point House No. 34 is just a 2 min walk from the Pulau Ubin jetty.
When you arrive at House 34 at Pulau Ubin, the adventure leader will need your full name for verification purposes.

Minimum age requirement for children is 7 years old.
You will not be able to cancel or reschedule once your booking is confirmed.
A minimum of two people is needed for the operator to run this tour - they'll let you know if the tour is running when you make your reservation.

Marina Bay Night Walking Tour

No need to worry about buying tickets on the day, your Marina Bay Night Walking Tour ticket is included with your pass.
Each participant, including children above three years old, will require a ticket.
If you're too late and miss the tour, it will count as a no-show and one of your pass choices (if you have an Explorer Pass.)
Do arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before tour start time, the tour will depart promptly. Latecomers will be considered as a no-show.
Due to the minimum requirement of 4 people to depart, Let's Go Tour reserves the right to contact the customer to reschedule to another slot/day should the number of guests for the tour selected be less than 4.

Escape from St John’s Island: Self-Guided Outdoor Quest
Getting in
Show your pass to pick up the game kit from Marina South Ferries.
Make your email booking the day before you want to complete the Quest then you'll need to buy a ferry ticket (not included with your pass) to St John's Island with Marina South Ferries. When you arrive for your ferry you'll be able to show your pass and pick up the physical accompanying game kit.
To access your quest, you'll need to download the Questeon App, create a free account and log in. Then you can use the redemption code (sent via email following your booking) to access and download your quest.

You can take the quest anytime, but we recommend completing it during daylight and when the ferries run, from 9AM - 6PM.
