When you go through the security, present your pass at the ticket booth 11/12, farthest to the right, to redeem your pass in exchange for a general admission ticket.
Chaperone policy:
Under this policy, all guests ages 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old in order to be admitted to or remain in the park after 4:00 p.m. local time to close.
The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests ages 15 or younger per day. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay.

Visitor tips
Under this policy, all guests ages 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old in order to be admitted to or remain in the park after 4:00 p.m. local time to close. The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests ages 15 or younger per day. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay. Guests 16 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, State Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into the park. Guests ages 15 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. On your chosen date and time, simply present your pass at the ticket counter.
Parking options include parking structure at 309 Palm Street (for a minimal fee), Balboa Pier Parking Lot, & free residential parking. Your pass is accepted for admission until 5:30PM.
Please note!
7:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:30PM, 3PM, and 5:30PM are Luxury Whale Watch cruise times and if you decide to upgrade to this trip type you can use your pass with an added cost of $13.50 - $28.50 paid directly to merchant.
