With us, there are no entry fees on the day – all you've got to do is show your pass.
Hotel pick-up is available at select downtown hotels and certain suburban hotels (reservations must be made 24 hours in advance).
You must call 24 hours prior to your tour departure date to confirm your reservation and pick up information. We pick up at downtown area hotels starting 30 minutes prior to the tour departure time. Tour duration may vary based on traffic, weather, day of the week, length of stops.

- AM tour: 9AM – 12.30PM
- PM tour: 1.30PM – 5PM

Simply present your pass at the admission counter in exchange for a Natural Bridge Caverns Discovery Tour ticket.
No need for individual Natural Bridge Caverns Discovery Tour tickets, admission is included with your Go San Antonio pass along with 19+ other popular San Antonio city attractions.
Visitor tips
- Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, you’ll need traction on the steep, wet surfaces
- Don't forget to bring a camera to take plenty of snaps of those underground wonders
- Please note: strollers are not allowed inside the caverns.

You'll need to pick up your ticket prior to boarding. Passholders can redeem their Go Rio tickets at the Go Rio Ticket Booth-Historia Location open Monday-Sunday 10AM-10PM.
You can pick up your ticket on a different day. Tickets are valid for a year from the date it is printed.

The Botanical Garden has limited free parking. Lot A offers the closest parking to the admissions kiosk, entry area and the Garden Gift Shop.
Getting in
Just show your pass at the San Antonio Botanical Garden ticket booth to receive a general admission ticket.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Refillable water bottles are welcome.

The Garden is wheelchair accessible. Service animals are allowed.

- While adults cannot enter without children, the center hosts exclusive adult nights once per month.

Tejas Rodeo Company

- With no assigned seating, you may sit wherever you want
- Get your dancing cowboy shoes on. After the rodeo finishes at 9:00PM, there will be live music until 1:00AM
- If you wish to dine in the Steakhouse, reservations are encouraged.

Your pass includes General Admission seating to the Tejas Rodeo Saturday Night Rodeo. It does require a reservation since the rodeo does sell out.
If you’d like to upgrade to Reserved Seating (based on availability), please include your request when you email [email protected] to secure your reservation. The team will be happy to assist and confirm availability.
