Getting in
Show your pass at the Makani kiosk, located at the entrance of Kewalo Harbor Basin right next to the 'bento box' food truck.
Driving from Waikiki:
Head west on Ala Moana Blvd.
Turn into the harbor at Ala Moana Blvd (Nimitz Hwy) and Ward Ave intersection before the traffic light.

When you make your reservation you will be asked for a credit card to hold your reservation. Your card will only be charged if you do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit date and time.
With your Go Oahu pass, you can upgrade your Daytime Cruise to the Sunset Sail cruise (drinks included) for only $20 per person!

Getting in
Please check in at the office 30 minutes prior to boarding. Show your pass to a crew member and you'll be directed toward the boat for boarding.
Infant policy: Children under the age of 3 are welcome aboard. However, they are required to wear a safeguard-approved infant life vest. You can rent an infant life vest for a 15 USD fee, or bring your own.

Visitor tips
Parking is available at Kewalo Harbor for a fee, but we recommend arriving by taxi or bus due to the limited number of parking stalls.

Wheelchair accessibility
The hiking trail to the summit is not ADA-accessible, it is very steep and uneven in some areas. The last 1/10 of a mile is all stairs and especially steep.

You'll receive information about the pick-up and drop-off times and locations when making your reservation.
Please note!
Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Center has a strict no-bag policy. Bags that offer concealment, such as purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage, etc. that exceed the measurements of 1.5" X 2.25" X 5.5," are not allowed at the monument. The park has a baggage storage facility near the entrance to the visitor center.
There is a fee of $6 per standard bag, and $7.50 per piece of luggage. Storage is available daily from 6:30AM to 5:15PM. Security measures are strictly enforced at all visitor destinations on Pearl Harbor.

Waimea Valley

Getting in
There's no need to book in advance, just show your pass at the Waimea Valley admission counter.
Swimming is assessed on a day-to-day basis by lifeguards. To find out if swimming is available, call (808) 638-7766 the day of your visit. Lifeguards make the swim call for the day at 9AM. Please note that swimming conditions may change throughout the day.
Wheelchair accessibility
Elevator/Lift Access: Only wheelchair-accessible lift that provides access to the onsite restaurant, Proud Peacock.
Wheelchair Access: Main pathway is fully paved from the entrance all the way to the waterfall, making it accessible for wheelchairs. (Distance from admissions to the waterfall is ¾ of a mile one way)
Additional Accessibility Details: Waimea Valley has wheelchairs available for guests who utilize their shuttle service to the waterfall, helping make that portion of the experience more accessible.
Service Animals: Service animals are welcome throughout the Valley in accordance with ADA guidelines. As a standard policy, animals must remain under control at all times; if a service animal is out of control and the handler is unable to correct it, they may ask that the animal be removed.

Waterpark: Wet‘n’Wild Hawaii

Facilities
The park offers both male and female showers, restrooms and changing facilities conveniently located in the center of the park, adjacent to Davey Jones Lockers. A limited number of single-day lockers are available for rent. Lockers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Wet'n'Wild Hawaii does not offer towel rentals.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your rental time and show your pass. Please note as this is a small local business, equipment is based on first-come first-serve basis and quantity is limited. Please ensure you reserve your kayak or SUP in advance to avoid disappointment. The exact pick-up location will be provided at time of reservation. Please note that traffic can be very congested at the North Shore causing traffic delays.
Passholders can only choose one of the following attraction per day:
- Choice of One: 3h Kayak or Stand Up Paddle Board Rental Oahu
- Stand-Up Paddleboard Nature and Turtle Tour
We do not recommend this activity if you don't know how to swim or are not confident in the water, or if you have never paddled or kayaked before. For those less confident/ experienced we reccommend the 90min Guided SUP tour instead.
Please note!
Traveling with children: all ages and experiences are welcome! Children 12 years and younger will be required to ride along with a parent or adult 18 years or older. They can sit at the front of the paddleboard or kayak with a parent. For infants and toddlers, we recommend they be held in the front of the paddleboard or kayak while another adult paddles. Infant carriers/backpacks are allowed for those who are experienced paddlers, pending guide approval.

Getting in
With us, there are no additional fees on the day – all you've got to do is show your pass.
On the day, show your pass to pick up your board from the white Ohana Surf Project van (vehicle), parked at Queen’s Surf Beach behind the Barefoot Beach Cafe, between Honolulu Zoo and the Aquarium.
You’ll need to attend a mandatory safety briefing at either 8:45AM or 11:45AM before surfing.
