Getting in

There's no need to book in advance, just show your pass at the Ticketing Center located at the Main Entrance near the fountain.

Can I buy a ticket just for the Polynesian Cultural Center, or do I need a Go City Oahu pass?

Yes – you can buy a single-entry ticket to the Polynesian Cultural Center on Go City, or choose a multi-attraction pass that includes the Polynesian Cultural Center along with other Oahu attractions. Simply select 'Single ticket' or 'Pass' at the top of this page to choose the option that best suits your trip.

With an All-Inclusive Pass you can visit one of the following attractions per day:

Will I definitely spot whales on an Oahu whale-watching tour?

Due to the unpredictability of nature, sightings of whales or other sea life cannot be guaranteed on tours.

    • Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Center has a strict no-bag policy. Bags that offer concealment, such as purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage, etc. that exceed the measurements of 1.5" X 2.25" X 5.5," are not allowed at the monument. The park has a baggage storage facility near the entrance to the visitor center.

      There is a fee of $6 per standard bag, and $7.50 per piece of luggage. Storage is available daily from 6:30AM to 5:15PM. Security measures are strictly enforced at all visitor destinations on Pearl Harbor.

    Swimming is assessed on a day-to-day basis by lifeguards. To find out if swimming is available, call (808) 638-7766 the day of your visit. Lifeguards make the swim call for the day at 9AM. Please note that swimming conditions may change throughout the day.

    Wheelchair accessibility

    Elevator/Lift Access: Only wheelchair-accessible lift that provides access to the onsite restaurant, Proud Peacock.

    Wheelchair Access: Main pathway is fully paved from the entrance all the way to the waterfall, making it accessible for wheelchairs. (Distance from admissions to the waterfall is ¾ of a mile one way)

    Additional Accessibility Details: Waimea Valley has wheelchairs available for guests who utilize their shuttle service to the waterfall, helping make that portion of the experience more accessible.

    Service Animals: Service animals are welcome throughout the Valley in accordance with ADA guidelines. As a standard policy, animals must remain under control at all times; if a service animal is out of control and the handler is unable to correct it, they may ask that the animal be removed.

    The park offers both male and female showers, restrooms and changing facilities conveniently located in the center of the park, adjacent to Davey Jones Lockers. A limited number of single-day lockers are available for rent. Lockers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Wet'n'Wild Hawaii does not offer towel rentals.

    With us, there are no additional fees on the day – all you've got to do is show your pass.

    You’ll need to attend a mandatory safety briefing at either 8:45AM or 11:45AM before surfing.

    Getting in

    There's no need to book in advance. Enter Pearl Harbor Memorial and walk towards the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum. Right in front of the museum, to the right hand side, is the bus stop for the Ford Island Shuttle. You need to take this bus (free of charge) to visit the USS Missouri.

    • Accessing Ford Island, where the Museum is located, you may be asked to present identification (such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport) when boarding or while riding the shuttle bus. Please note that foreign visitors are required to carry their passport.

    • Admission to the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites is free for all visitors. Your pass covers the cost of the tour of the Battleship Missouri Memorial.

    Wheelchair accessibility

    Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the main entrance and accessible restrooms are available at the aft Brow and on the pier before the entry gate. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp at the aft entry Brow that provides access from the pier to the Main Deck, and an elevator on the ship providing access from the Main Deck to the Surrender Deck.

    The lower decks, upper decks, flying bridge, and most interior compartments—including cabins on all decks—are not wheelchair accessible due to narrow passageways, steep ladders, and historic layouts. The Wardroom on the Main Deck is the only interior room accessible by wheelchair.

    Shuttle Service for Guests Using Wheelchairs

    The Battleship Missouri Memorial has a daily shuttle service that includes at least one vehicle equipped with a wheelchair lift. For safety reasons, guests using electric or motorized wheelchairs are asked to transfer to a standard manual wheelchair for the shuttle ride. Staff will assist with the transfer and will securely store the powered wheelchair beneath the shuttle during transport.

    There's no need to book in advance. Enter Pearl Harbor Memorial and walk towards the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum. Right in front of the museum, to the right hand side, is the bus stop for the Ford Island Shuttle. You need to take this bus (free of charge) to visit the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. The bus will stop at the USS Missouri Battle Ship first. If you wish to visit both attractions, we highly recommend that you get off at the first stop and visit the Aviation Museum afterward.

    • Accessing Ford Island, where the Museum is located, you may be asked to present identification (such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport) when boarding or while riding the shuttle bus. Please note that foreign visitors are required to carry their passport.

    Coral Crater: Adventure Course

    Getting in

    Show your pass and booking information at the check-in counter. Check in time is 15 minutes before your tour time. All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation.

    It’s a 40 minute drive from Waikiki and could take up to an hour or longer in weekday afternoon traffic. When using GPS, enter ‘Coral Crater Adventure Park’ as your destination or ‘3845 Roosevelt Ave., Kapolei, HI 96707’ as an alternative address as GPS does not accurately report the physical address.

Turn into the hotel entrance area, then proceed to the parking area on the rear side of the hotel.  Park on the curb nearest the hotel for easy access to loading and unloading of your boogie board.

              • Boogie board rentals are good for the day and must be returned on the same day before the activity desk closes at 9PM. A waiver form and guarantee form will be filled out at time of issuance. That form will give consent to charge for the replacement of the board in the case of damage or loss.

                What time should I arrive?

                Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your class to allow you to find parking and get your pass checked before it begins.

                Sunset classes run daily at the following times:

                • SPRING = February to March: 6PM - 7PM
                • SUMMER = April to August: 6.30PM - 7.30PM
                • AUTUMN = September to October: 6PM - 7PM
                • WINTER = November to January: 5.30PM - 6.30PM

                Show your pass and proof of reservation when picked up.

                This is a full-day tour. Snorkeling is optional. If you plan on snorkeling, please bring a change of clothes and a towel. This is a full-day experience. Do not book this tour on the same day as the luau. You will be back in Waikiki around 5:30 PM, which means you will be too late to attend the luau.

                Hawaiian Style Rentals: Moped Rental

                Getting in

                Reservations are not necessary but recommended. Simply show your pass and your driver’s license at Hawaiian Style Rentals to collect your moped. A prepayment of $6 for gas and all applicable tax for the rental will be collected at the day and time of the rental.

                • With your Go Oahu Pass, you’ll receive a moped rental for 3-hours, a map with suggested routes and a helmet. Each moped rental will require either a refundable deposit of 300 USD per vehicle on a credit card or the non-refundable purchase of “Hawaiian Style Coverage”.  Hawaiian Style Coverage” costs 25 USD, you will be fully covered for theft, damage, and roadside assistance. Upgrades to other vehicles types are available at an additional cost.

                • You must be at least 18 years old to rent a moped.
