Visit the ticket booth adjacent to the Creole Queen to receive your boarding passes. Please board 30 minutes before departure.
Cruise times may be altered or canceled due to weather and safety concerns.

With us, there are no entry fees on the day – all you've got to do is show your pass.
Tours depart from 450 Laroussini Street, Westwego, Louisiana. Passengers must arrive 15 minutes in advance. Please show up at least 15-30 minutes before so you have plenty of time to check in at the front desk.
Transportation to Westwego is not included but can be purchased for a discounted price.

A credit card will be required to hold your reservation, but you will only be charged if you are a no-show. Your pass is still required for scanning upon arrival.
