Yes, for the safety of our passengers and crew, if it’s thundering and lighting we have to cancel the tour.
Will I get wet aboard the vessels?
If you ride Thriller Miami Speedboats, there are times when wind, speed and direction willaffect water and sea spray which may enter the boat. If you ride Thriller Hurricane, you will get wet depending on where you sit.
Do Thriller Miami Speedboats always go out to the Ocean and speed up to 40 mph?
Most of the time yes, but while every effort is made to ensure a safe and Thriller ride upon our vessel during your trip, the captain will take the sea conditions intoconsideration before going into the Atlantic Ocean and/or reaching speeds up to 40 mph.
Can I bring a drink aboard?
Yes, but it has to be in a plastic cup or bottle. No glass containers.

If the tour is not operating or at capacity, the pass can be used for a bike rental as an alternative.
Don't forget to bring your ID and a credit card when you arrive. IDs are held until the tour is over.
Customers must sign a waiver upon arrival.
You may opt-in or opt-out of an insurance program that covers all damages and 50% of lost or stolen equipment. If you choose to opt-out, you will only be charged $1.00 booking fee to keep your card on file. If you choose to opt-in, you will be charged $5.00 for standard bikes and $10.00 for electric bikes.
