Once you've made your reservation, skip the ticket booths and head straight to the front gate turnstiles
with your pass and your confirmation.
Remember, this ticket is only valid for one day during the lifetime of your pass. Entry is included with 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7-day passes.
By using your pass, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with the ticketed entry.
Parking is not included.
Your pass cannot be used with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or additional sightseeing tours.
Universal reserves the right to revoke the license granted by your pass.

Check-in at the Guest Service desk to exchange your pass for a ticket.Your pass can only be redeemed for the Studio Tour and will not work for Studio Tour Plus, Deluxe Tours or Classic Tours. You should aim to arrive 30 minutes before your tour.
This is a real working studio and due to safety concerns, children under the age of five are not permitted on the tour.

When you go through the security, present your pass at the ticket booth 11/12, farthest to the right, to redeem your pass in exchange for a general admission ticket.
Chaperone policy:

Show your pass and well as proof of reservation, when you arrive. You'll need to bring a government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.
