With your confirmed Go City reservation, make your way to Entrance A, located outside the London Eye - you can’t miss it, it’s a bright pink gazebo. Here, you'll have your pass scanned and validated. Keep your confirmation email handy in case you’re asked to show that as well. Once your pass has been validated, you’ll join the line for security before boarding your pod. Even with a confirmed timeslot, wait times from scanning to boarding can be up to 30 minutes.

Important: if you are travelling with children aged 2 to 4, although they won’t have a pass, they will still be charged admission by The London Eye. Tickets can be purchased at the self-service ticket kiosks in The London Eye main ticket office. Please allow extra time to purchase these tickets prior to your booked timeslot.

This is a very popular attraction, access is granted subject to capacity. For this reason, your pass is only valid after 1PM during the following periods:
- Easter Holidays (March 28-April 6, 2026)
- June, July, August
- Christmas period (December 20-January 3)
Entry with your pass is valid in the mornings during all other periods of the year subject to capacity.
Entry is via the North Green, which runs between the Abbey and Broad Sanctuary. Before entering the Abbey, you will pass through security/bag check. Your passes will be scanned and validated at a ticket booth inside the Abbey and you will be issued with a paper ticket as proof of admission.

Getting in
Please present your pass for scanning to a member of the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at the entrance to any of the 23 piers. Your pass will be valid for any Uber Boat journey until 11:59PM on the same day your pass was scanned. You will then be able to hop on and hop off at any of the 23 piers at your leisure throughout the day.
You do not need to tap your card when boarding or getting off the boat, (and doing so may result in being charged by TFL for a ticket) - with a pass you just need to show it when boarding.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Getting in
Entry to the cathedral is through the West Entrance. Security/bag checks are in place before entering. Inside, your pass will be scanned and validated at the admissions desks immediately in front of you.
You do not need to book but please check opening hours before visiting and take your pass with you.
Once inside the Cathedral, access to the Dome Galleries is usually available from 9.30am to 4.15pm (10am to 4.15pm on Wednesdays). Entrance to the Golden Gallery is subject to availability due to capacity controls in operation, and there may be time restrictions in place.
Non-flash photography for personal use inside the cathedral is welcomed outside service times. Filming, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not permitted.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or over in the Dome Galleries.
No bags or items larger than airline hand baggage (45cm x 30cm x 25cm, including handles, wheels, and pockets) may be brought into the cathedral. There is no cloakroom facility.

Shoulder bags and backpacks with maximum dimensions 45 x 35 x 20 cm are allowed. Suitcases, wheeled bags and oversized items will not be allowed in the Bridge.

How do I get to Chessington World of Adventures from London?
We recommend taking the train from London Waterloo to Chessington South station which takes 36 minutes. From here the park is a 15-minute walk or the number 71 bus is a 6-minute journey.
Are there any age or height restrictions for the rides?

The tour calls at four historic pubs, but which exact pubs they are will vary depending on the day, time of year and pub availability.
Are drinks included?
No, you’ll have to pay for your own, but there will be time to have a drink in each pub visited.
Will we have time to eat in any of the pubs?
No, the stops aren’t long enough to order, wait for and eat food, so we recommend eating before the tour or choosing one of the many great local pubs and restaurants afterwards.

Head straight to the shoe exchange desk (past the restaurant and bar) to have your pass scanned and validated. If a lane or karaoke booth isn’t immediately available, you’ll be invited to dine or wait until one becomes free.
Your pass is only valid Monday to Friday. A lot of lanes are pre-booked so when you arrive you may have to wait for one to be available. Don’t worry, there are plenty of games for you to play while you wait or you can choose the Karaoke booth option instead.
