Which Go City® Hong Kong pass can I use to visit Hong Kong Disneyland?

As of April 9, Hong Kong Disneyland will only be available on the Explorer Pass. If you purchased an All-Inclusive Pass before April 9, you will still be able to visit Hong Kong Disneyland until June 30. From July 1 onwards, you can visit Ocean Park instead. For more information, visit our FAQs.

Please redeem your tickets on the day of your visit on the Go City booking page. You'll need your full name (as it is on your passport), your Go City order number and pass number to complete the process. 

Same-day tickets are only available from 9AM - 5PM Hong Kong time. There is no need to reserve in advance – your ticket is only valid on the day of redemption and your pass must be valid at the time of redemption.

You'll receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket.

Big Bus Night Tour

What languages is the tour available in? Lots! English, Chinese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish. 

How long is the tour? The tour lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes. 

Is this a hop-on, hop-off experience? No, please note, this tour is a non-stop panoramic tour. The tour finishes back at the K11 MUSEA at 8PM.

Getting in 

Show your pass to the Big Bus operator at the meeting point at K11 MUSEA (at Donut Playhouse entrance) on Salisbury Road. Seats on the bus are available on a first-come first-served basis.

On peak travel days, we reccommend arriving as early as possible to secure a seat with your pass. You can visit the nearby Big Bus Information Centre on Avenue of Stars at MC06 PTN of Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade as early as 5PM to show your pass and get a paper ticket for that evening's tour.

How do I get to Ngong Ping 360? You’ll find the Tung Chung cable car terminal adjacent to Tung Chung MTR Station, with easy access by MTR, bus or taxi.

How long does the cable car ride take? The ride from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping is 3.5 miles long and takes approximately 25 minutes.

Is this a guided tour? No, this self-guided visit allows you to explore Ngong Ping and Tai O at your own pace.

What happens if the weather is bad? The cable car service is occasionally suspended in inclement weather such as thunderstorms and monsoons. Please check the Ngong Ping 360 website for latest updates if in doubt.

Hours of Operation

Tours depart daily from the Big Bus Stanley Tour (Green Route) stop at Aberdeen at approximately 12PM, 1PM, 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, 5PM, and 6PM depending on the traffic. 

Customers will need to get on the Big Bus Stanley Tour (Green Route) from its departure at 10:30AM onwards to be able to catch this tour. Please take note there will not be a return bus available after the last tour at 6PM.
