Getting in
Show your pass when you're picked up for your trip. The Chichen Itza Access Fee is not included, it is collected at check-in.
The Chichén Itzá access fee is not included and is collected at check-in. You may pay by credit card or cash. At the moment, the fee is USD $37. This amount is subject to change depending on the policies of the Yucatán government and the archaeological site.
This is a full-day tour with a duration of around 12 hours including transportation time.

Arrive at the check-in area with your reservation confirmation and passes ready to be scanned.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your swim schedule.
The Dolphin Maroma & Maroma Beach Club is less than 20 kilometers from Playa del Carmen and 35 kilometers from Cancun International Airport.
If you have a car and want to get there on your own, take Highway 307 (Carretera 307) that goes from north to south along the Mexican Caribbean coast. Follow the signs to Playa del Carmen. Take the entrance to Dorado Maroma and drive until you reach the next security area. Don't worry, the signs are very clear. Once you get to Dorado Maroma complex, you'll find signs that will lead you to the Dolphin Discovery facilities.
If you want to hire transportation to the facilities, send your request by email to [email protected] or by phone 48 hours before the program at an additional cost of $10.00 USD per person.
