• Children whose height ranges from 3.2 ft (1 m) to 4.5 ft (1.40 m), and children over 4.5 ft (1.40 m) but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult. 
• Carry a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes.
• Only sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide are allowed in the park. Otherwise, at the entrance, you will find an Information Booth where you can exchange your sunscreen for a free sample of a biodegradable product. Your sunscreen will be returned to you upon departure.

Location

Isla Mujeres: Get to “Playa Langosta” Pier in Cancun.
Cozumel: Get to “Ultramar” Ferry Pier in Playa del Carmen.

Cozumel tour: if you come from Cancun or the Riviera Maya, head to Playa del Carmen and take the ferry to Cozumel from the Federal Pier. The ferry departs every hour, but we reccommend you check the schedule with your hotel Concierge. Then take a taxi to Chankanaab National Park, once you get to Cozumel island. When you arrive to the park, follow the signs that will lead you to the Dolphin Discovery facilities.

Please note: If you pick the Isla Mujeres tour, a $15 dock and sea life preservation fee is due at check-in for this activity.

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim. If you have any health condition or physical disability please contact the call center before you make your reservation.

The use of life jackets is required in all water programs.

For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, and professional photos will be available for sale.

The minimum height to participate in the Manatee program is 3.9ft. (8-12 y.o)

For safety reasons, pregnant women (five months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women less than five months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a responsibility form.
